Zacarias Portugal made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Froilan Norino sent off a good shot on target. Jacinto Tomé lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Zacarias Portugal acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Adrian Sagrario. Felipe Egun struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Zacarias Portugal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Liquisue FC. After 19 played minutes Los Liquisue FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Emmanuel. F.C. Valinor's Almiro Poças couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los Liquisue FC. After a rather tough play, F.C. Valinor's Albérico lacerda got a free kick in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fabiano Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Valinor's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiano Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Socorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Albérico lacerda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Durães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Socorro having to interfere. Laureano Malheiro hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Florian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Sergio Florian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Portugal. F.C. Valinor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Florian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Zacarias Portugal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Florian went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Zacarias Portugal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Florian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arsenio Sanduru fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Liquisue FC's protests and gave Arsenio Sanduru a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Los Liquisue FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arsenio Sanduru hit a great ball. Zacarias Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Florian in the 84th minute of play. Constantino Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albérico lacerda, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Daniel Durães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Valinor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Durães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Constantino Socorro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Durães. Sergio Florian took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Portugal. Zacarias Portugal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
