October 04's Diego de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save October 04 from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Tiberiu Pantilimon got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ovidiu Nicorici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Paulo Paes's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Ovidiu Nicorici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Teles in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Pedro Paulo Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17thth minute of the game Wesley Teles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Ovidiu Nicorici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diego de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Pantilimon in the 18th minute of the match. Diego de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Ionescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorel Ionescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Diego de Toledo made a huge save. After 22 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Tião Amaral. With a little luck, October 04's Diego de Toledo got control of the ball when Pompiliu Bacalbașa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ovidiu Nicorici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wesley Teles went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Pedro Paulo Paes came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the October 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Paulo Paes couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Dorel Ionescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Wesley Teles notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Ovidiu Nicorici. Ovidiu Nicorici was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The October 04 fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when October 04's Pedro Paulo Paes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half October 04 were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Wesley Teles made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Sabin Glodeanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ and the October 04 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! In the 52nd minute, the referee gave October 04 a penalty. Wesley Teles looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Ovidiu Nicorici. After a rather tough play, October 04's Tião Amaral got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Alexandru Brânzaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego de Toledo came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Pompiliu Bacalbașa. But to his dismay, Pompiliu Bacalbașa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorel Ionescu in the 70th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Diego de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pedro Paulo Paes fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored October 04's protests and gave Pedro Paulo Paes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Pedro Paulo Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Tiberiu Pantilimon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Diego de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Ionescu in the 94th minute of the match. After 94 played minutes ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ got a freekick which was hit by Tiberiu Pantilimon. Ovidiu Nicorici made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Pedro Paulo Paes sent off a good shot on target.
