The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alexandru Brânzaru sped through Santoryu FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camillo Marcantonio. After a defensive mix-up in Santoryu FC's zone, Alexandru Brânzaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Marcantonio came out of the goal and Alexandru Brânzaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camillo Marcantonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Ionescu in the 10th minute of play. Camillo Marcantonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorel Ionescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Santoryu FC defense, Tiberiu Pantilimon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Marcantonio. The Santoryu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Marcantonio should have stopped the shot. Camillo Marcantonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Ionescu in the 19th minute of play. Eugenio Bozzo in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ovidiu Nicorici, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Camillo Marcantonio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Ionescu went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Alexandru Brânzaru hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Francesco Forlano kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Camillo Marcantonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Bacalbașa, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandru Brânzaru came free, but Camillo Marcantonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 35 minutes on the clock, Francesco Forlano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Francesco Forlano kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Santoryu FC's Camillo Marcantonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Bacalbașa in the 38th minute of play. Camillo Marcantonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Brânzaru in the 40th minute of the match. Camillo Marcantonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Pantilimon in the 42nd minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Tiberiu Pantilimon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camillo Marcantonio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Gabriele to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Dorel Ionescu notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Santoryu FC's Camillo Marcantonio. Camillo Marcantonio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Camillo Marcantonio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. 67 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Ionescu came free, but Camillo Marcantonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Alexandru Brânzaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandru Brânzaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santoryu FC's Camillo Marcantonio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Santoryu FC from getting a goal against them. Camillo Marcantonio stood somewhat misplaced when Pompiliu Bacalbașa came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 79 minute. Camillo Marcantonio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Pantilimon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorel Ionescu got free with Camillo Marcantonio in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Bacalbașa in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camillo Marcantonio saved Santoryu FC from getting behind. Camillo Marcantonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Bacalbașa in the 90th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Santoryu FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★:s goal. The Santoryu FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
