Rory Desroches charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rory Desroches the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Marshrose's Rory Desroches got a free kick in the 21st minute. Santiago Hatch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Reyes in the 31st minute of the match. Enoch Christopher hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Janpier in the 34th minute of play forced Marshrose's goalkeeper Santiago Hatch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quincy Barrow to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Vinicio Reyes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpo de Bahia Blanca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, Vinicio Reyes notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Marshrose's Santiago Hatch. Santiago Hatch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Santiago Hatch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Janpier, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Santiago Hatch was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgard Uzuri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 70 minute of play. Ermegildo Fero charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Fero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 76 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goalkeeper Santiago Hatch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Horado. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Gilberto Horado took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Santiago Hatch to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Santiago Hatch managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Vinicio Reyes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Santiago Hatch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Oihenarte in the 82nd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Vinicio Reyes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santiago Hatch. Vinicio Reyes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. 91 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Reyes came free, but Santiago Hatch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marshrose's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Gilberto Horado scored to the left of an out of position Santiago Hatch, making the score, 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Reyes got free with Santiago Hatch in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Olimpo de Bahia Blanca could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Marshrose throughout the match.
