In the 15th match minute, Capivara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Amauri Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Eremin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Startsev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, João Francisco Viana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vladislav Eremin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Negri in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Guto Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Eremin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boris Porohov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of João Francisco Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Edvaldo Leal hit a great ball. João Francisco Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Startsev, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Anton Startsev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Francisco Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Capivara FC defense, Anton Startsev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Francisco Viana. The Capivara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Francisco Viana should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Dynamite booed when Capivara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladislav Eremin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Dynamite's Vladislav Eremin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Negri in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Startsev made a kick off. Boris Porohov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edvaldo Leal came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladislav Eremin could save by the left post. Vladislav Eremin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amauri Sampaio in the 61st minute of play. When Dynamite's Anton Startsev in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Capivara FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
