Luka Saje started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Koper! In the 3rd minute of the game, Club Pumas Serranos FC got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. A collision led to FC Koper getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Robert Jurčić hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, FC Koper's goalkeeper Bine Šercelj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Guter. In the 10th minute, Mato Podlogar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Guters short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Bine Šercelj to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cecilio Guter in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bine Šercelj, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 16 minutes, Luka Saje mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Koper and the Club Pumas Serranos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, FC Koper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Saje to maneuver through the defense. Bine Šercelj came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Pumas Serranos FC's Cecilio Guter. But to his dismay, Cecilio Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bernabe Gustau came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Koper's Luka Saje. But to his dismay, Luka Saje quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 31 minutes into the match, Club Pumas Serranos FC's Cecilio Guter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bine Šercelj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bine Šercelj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Peyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Freddy Laffitte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bine Šercelj having to interfere. Ruben Guillerme struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bine Šercelj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Pumas Serranos FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When Basilio Ekaitz fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Pumas Serranos FC's protests and gave Basilio Ekaitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Basilio Ekaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Club Pumas Serranos FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Gustau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luka Saje. With his leg Bernabe Gustau managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when FC Koper's Luka Saje fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marino Gregorič kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Guter in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Club Pumas Serranos FC's Eustacio Calisto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eustacio Calisto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Pumas Serranos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eustacio Calisto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Club Pumas Serranos FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eustacio Calisto hit a great ball. Marino Gregorič's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernabe Gustau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. FC Koper's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marino Gregorič in the 72nd minute. Bine Šercelj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Guter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Guillerme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Guter in the 82nd minute of play. Gaj Ožbolt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Koper fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! 85 minutes into the game, Club Pumas Serranos FC's Emiliano Emenon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bine Šercelj made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Eustaquio Chale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bine Šercelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Pumas Serranos FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
