In the 3rd match minute, Arthur Morgan´s Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Romelio to maneuver through the defense. Universitario's Guillen Mijangos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Raitin in the 8th minute of play. Guillen Mijangos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillen Mijangos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Raitin in the 14th minute of play forced Universitario's goalkeeper Guillen Mijangos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arthur Morgan´s Club's Jeronimo Raitin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guillen Mijangos. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goal looked a bit too open when Vidal Cantabrana came free, but Eloy Remir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Universitario got a freekick which was hit by Restu Pineda. In the 23rd minute, Vidal Cantabrana made a precise shot to the right of Eloy Remir. Arthur Morgan´s Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Vidal Cantabrana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Karlo Gavilanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillen Mijangos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeronimo Raitin went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Jeronimo Raitin made the kick off in the second half. Edwardo Ruete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th match minute, Arthur Morgan´s Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Gil to maneuver through the defense. Universitario's Gizon Alaiza suffered a sore thigh after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Raitin during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Jeronimo Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Resto in the 70th minute of play forced Universitario's goalkeeper Guillen Mijangos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes of play, Arthur Morgan´s Club's Ivan Cebrian made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillen Mijangos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vidal Cantabrana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Remir having to interfere. Jeronimo Raitin was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Universitario booed when Arthur Morgan´s Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Gil made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Universitario's Karlo Gavilanes. Guillen Mijangos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Resto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Eloy Remir came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Universitario's Vidal Cantabrana. But to his dismay, Vidal Cantabrana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2.
