Sven-Olof Zander came out of the goal and Bengt Abrahamsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Einar Gallberg's late challenge caught a Sledgehammer KO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Henry Gustafsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Abrahamsson in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Olof Zander saved Lilla Jordberga BK from getting behind. After 41 played minutes, Sledgehammer KO's Bengt Abrahamsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven-Olof Zander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sledgehammer KO reached it. Pontus Törnqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Olof Zander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pontus Törnqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Lilla Jordberga BK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ted Hansson hit a great ball. Sven-Olof Zander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Abrahamsson in the 47th minute of play. The Lilla Jordberga BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sledgehammer KO were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt Abrahamsson was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Lilla Jordberga BK's Sven-Olof Zander got control of the ball when Bengt Abrahamsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's Bengt Abrahamsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Olof Zander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven-Olof Zander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Börje Vibjörnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Bengt Abrahamsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sven-Olof Zander could save by the left post. In the 90th minute, Bengt Abrahamsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sledgehammer KO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt Abrahamsson got free with Sven-Olof Zander in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Sledgehammer KO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
