Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Xavi Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Pomponio in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Borgo Doria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Felice Pardini. In the 23rd minute, Luiz Fernando Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felice Schiavo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xavi Čech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Borgo Doria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carter Pomponio. After 32 minutes of play Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Luiz Fernando Vieira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Borgo Doria F.C. booed when Red Dragon FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdemar Campidelis charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemar Campidelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Red Dragon FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Valdemar Campidelis hit a great ball. Cristoforo Cesare made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Danilo Queirós sent off a good shot on target. Danilo Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cristoforo Cesare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carter Pomponio was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Carter Pomponio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Xavi Čech. Xavi Čech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Ianni during the 55th minute. Cristoforo Cesare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Queirós in the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Borgo Doria F.C.'s zone, Danilo Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Cesare came out of the goal and Danilo Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 played minutes Red Dragon FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Guto Maia. Dagoberto Paranaense hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
