Basilio Etxahun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marioara Birligea, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Isidro Jakes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for -BZF- Petrolul Berca. Eliodor Birișu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Basilio Etxahun. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Adrian Almăgean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Etxahun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ defense, Marioara Birligea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Etxahun. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Etxahun should have stopped the shot. After having played for 25 minutes, Gualterio Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Marioara Birligea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Etxahun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marioara Birligea scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Etxahun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Adrian Almăgean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute Marioara Birligea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Etxahun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Etxahun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marioara Birligea in the 40th minute of the match. Basilio Etxahun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Opriș in the 44th minute of play. Ernest Ciucă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Basilio Etxahun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Etxahun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Opriș, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 61 minutes of play, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Marioara Birligea made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Etxahun was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 63 minutes, Gualterio Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Domingos Illan hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Eliodor Birișu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basilio Etxahun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in -BZF- Petrolul Berca reached it. Mihai Opriș struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Basilio Etxahun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Petrolul Berca. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrian Almăgean kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Etxahun. That made the score 0-6 in the 76 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marioara Birligea in the 80th minute of play forced C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Basilio Etxahun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marioara Birligea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Basilio Etxahun made a huge save. Eustaquio Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nistor Arjoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Marioara Birligea notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Basilio Etxahun. Basilio Etxahun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded -BZF- Petrolul Berca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ.
