Karol Kornatowski started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, KS Ruch Chorzów's Boleslaw Chlapowski got control of the ball when Patrício Câmara tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jaroslaw Furtok fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Ruch Chorzów's protests and gave Jaroslaw Furtok a yellow card for diving instead. Lucílio Sampaio hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Sabino Salgueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Kornatowski in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 26 minutes, Karol Kornatowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Ruch Chorzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karol Kornatowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Kissel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Sabino Salgueiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, KS Ruch Chorzów's Jaroslaw Furtok made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabino Salgueiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrício Câmara was the one to do the kick off. KS Ruch Chorzów's Boleslaw Chlapowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nélson Araújo in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nuno Portugal hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, Ultra Copos FC ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Carreira to maneuver through the defense. Guilherme Belém charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guilherme Belém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. After 62 minutes of play, KS Ruch Chorzów's Karol Kornatowski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 72nd match minute, Ultra Copos FC ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nélson Araújo to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Patrício Câmara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boleslaw Chlapowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 79th minute, Jaroslaw Furtok left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. With his leg Sabino Salgueiro managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when KS Ruch Chorzów's Karol Kornatowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrício Câmara in the 88th minute of play forced KS Ruch Chorzów's goalkeeper Boleslaw Chlapowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Dziatkowicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sabino Salgueiro. Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
