Robert Kielstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Nélson Araújo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredrik Almqvist was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Nélson Araújo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredrik Almqvist. Mellansels stationsgäng's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nélson Araújo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Mellansels stationsgäng's Vidar Backlund got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mellansels stationsgäng's Fredrik Almqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrício Câmara in the 35th minute of play. When Vidar Backlund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. In the 36th minute, Vidar Backlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nélson Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ultra Copos FC ™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nélson Araújo couldn't finish the play. If Kent Hegg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredrik Almqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nélson Araújo in the 43rd minute of play. Fredrik Almqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrício Câmara, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Jarl Bollström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucílio Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Henrique Morais sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fredrik Almqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fredrik Almqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrício Câmara in the 62nd minute. Patrício Câmara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Fredrik Almqvist made a huge save. If Patrício Câmara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Olof Näver charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Olof Näver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven-Olof Näver hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Patrício Câmara got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 72 in the game by Patrício Câmara from a close distance when the talented Fredrik Almqvist managed to make a qualified save. Mellansels stationsgäng's players were relieved. In the 74th minute Nélson Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Almqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrício Câmara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fredrik Almqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Mellansels stationsgäng got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Alström. Ivar Häll kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. A hard shot 91 in the game by Patrício Câmara from a close distance when the talented Fredrik Almqvist managed to make a qualified save. Mellansels stationsgäng's players were relieved. The goalkeeper, Fredrik Almqvist, was totally fooled by Ultra Copos FC ™'s Samuel Boaventura, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ultra Copos FC ™ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
