When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Gervasio Faro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gogo Pes. If Gervasio Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Victor Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Belarmo's late challenge caught a Yaji FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Belarmo helped the player get up and apologised. Serafin Donio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Gervasio Faro struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gogo Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaji FC. In the 24th minute, Adolfo Cordera made a precise shot to the right of Gogo Pes. Santa Maradona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Claudio Chico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Pes having to interfere. During the 30th minute of the match Enzo Belarmo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Enzo Belarmo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Yaji FC were winning 0-4.

A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the game, Gervasio Faro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Gogo Pes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 62nd play minutes Gervasio Faro shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Gogo Pes and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Gervasio Faro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gogo Pes was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Serafin Donio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Yaji FC booed when Santa Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Donio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gervasio Faro came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Yaji FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Faro couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Gervasio Faro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Gervasio Faro lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Gogo Pes. Gogo Pes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. In the 90th minute, Gervasio Faro made a precise shot to the right of Gogo Pes. Santa Maradona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. In the 96thth minute of the game Gervasio Faro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Gogo Pes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Santa Maradona supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yaji FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Yaji FC.
