The supporters of Real Ayuntamiento CF booed when Rakkestad IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Klepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Marcos Licerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Real Ayuntamiento CF from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Ayuntamiento CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christian Halstensen was slow to take the kick. During this time Rakkestad IF's players had a chance to rest. After 21 played minutes Real Ayuntamiento CF got a freekick which was hit by Albano Arnalt. 23 minutes into the match, Otto Klepp dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Licerio, 1-0. Federico Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenneth Friis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Cai in the 34th minute of the match. Marcos Licerio had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Christian Halstensen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Christian Halstensens short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Marcos Licerio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, Federico Lobo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rakkestad IF's Kenneth Friis. Kenneth Friis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinicio Lopes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute of the match, Maximo Cai tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kenneth Friis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Vinicio Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Federico Lobo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Kenneth Friis to make any attempt to save it. With 80 minutes on the clock, Carl Frigstad commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 81st match minute, Rakkestad IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Frigstad to maneuver through the defense. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Romeo Iruinea couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rakkestad IF. In the 86th minute, Hans-Petter Krogh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Federico Lobo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kenneth Friis. The goal made the score 1-4.
