In the 3rd minute Manolito Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeroen Himschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre Van Leemputte's late challenge caught a F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pierre Van Leemputte helped the player get up and apologised. Pierre Van Leemputte hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute of the match, Manolito Flores tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeroen Himschoot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marc Van Kestbeek's late challenge caught a F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Van Kestbeek helped the player get up and apologised. Portus Ganda's Jeroen Himschoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Portus Ganda from getting a goal against them. Jeroen Himschoot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monte Vega in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes, Roger Hoolemans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portus Ganda and the F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Portus Ganda's Roger Hoolemans got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes in the game Tancredo Verges got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Roger Hoolemans kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Nabucodonosor Contratas managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabucodonosor Contratas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeroen Himschoot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Monte Vega kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeroen Himschoot. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Ramón Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Van Kestbeek in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Ernst Jansens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Marc Van Kestbeek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portus Ganda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Vaden Losada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Manolito Flores kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeroen Himschoot. That made the score 3-1 in the 40 minute of play. Monte Vega struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jeroen Himschoot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. Jeroen Himschoot made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Monte Vega sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pierre Van Leemputte made the kick off in the second half. Jeroen Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nabucodonosor Contratas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeroen Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monte Vega, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jeroen Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolito Flores in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Monte Vega notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Portus Ganda's Jeroen Himschoot. Jeroen Himschoot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Portus Ganda's zone, Manolito Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeroen Himschoot came out of the goal and Manolito Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Monte Vega took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeroen Himschoot. Jeroen Himschoot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Jeroen Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monte Vega's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The supporters of Portus Ganda booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaden Losada didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Ramón Quiroga got control of the ball when Pierre Van Leemputte tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Monte Vega came free, but Jeroen Himschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monte Vega in the 84th minute of play forced Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Jeroen Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeroen Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monte Vega in the 86th minute of the match. Tancredo Verges kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
