The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco-Antonio Climent during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marco-Antonio Climent hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when La Cosa Nostra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xurde Solana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Cidro. La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rodrigo Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolito Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Joachim Dobale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Dobale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Xurde Solana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Cidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Dobale in the 19th minute of play. Monte Vega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Cidro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, La Cosa Nostra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Chucho to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monte Vega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Dobale struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Rodrigo Cidro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. 28 minutes into the game, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Monte Vega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Cidro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Manuel Selmo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monte Vega in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Cidro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 38 minutes, Manolito Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolito Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monte Vega took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Cidro. Rodrigo Cidro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's goal looked a bit too open when Manolito Flores came free, but Rodrigo Cidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurde Solana, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Monte Vega to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Severo Qwinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xurde Solana got free with Rodrigo Cidro in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Kismi's late challenge caught a F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Kismi helped the player get up and apologised. La Cosa Nostra's Rodrigo Cidro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save La Cosa Nostra from getting a goal against them. La Cosa Nostra's Rodrigo Cidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nabucodonosor Contratas in the 69th minute of play. After 70 minutes, Augusto Eder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Cosa Nostra and the F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Augusto Eder hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Nabucodonosor Contratas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Rodrigo Cidro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rodrigo Cidro was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Monte Vega capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Monte Vega really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 84th minute, Augusto Eder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionisio Natanael hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Cidro made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Monte Vega sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigo Cidro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monte Vega in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Monte Vega dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. When the final whistle sounded F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Cosa Nostra.
