Augusto Eder hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Souto came free, but Rodrigo Cidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Romário Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rodrigo Cidro came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Se7e's Romário Souto. But to his dismay, Romário Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Romário Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Cidro having to interfere. A collision led to La Cosa Nostra getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Amador Esquipula hit a great ball. Rodrigo Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Andrade in the 18th minute of play. Rodrigo Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 minutes, Francisco Lopez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Cosa Nostra and the Se7e players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Francisco Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romário Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rodrigo Cidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Romário Souto made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Cidro. La Cosa Nostra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Andrade in the 36th minute of play forced La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Rodrigo Cidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Cidro having to interfere. Romário Souto scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Cidro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Severo Qwinton made the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Souto in the 54th minute of play. Rodrigo Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Souto in the 57th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Se7e's Rodrigo Cidro threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from João Magalhães, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, La Cosa Nostra's Rodrigo Cidro got control of the ball when Romário Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romário Souto in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rodrigo Cidro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rodrigo Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Amador Esquipula. After having played for 68 minutes, Bruno Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Se7e's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Rodrigo Cidro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romário Souto. When Amador Esquipula fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Cosa Nostra's protests and gave Amador Esquipula a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Se7e booed when La Cosa Nostra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Esquipula didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Hermínio Prestes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Cidro skillfully saved the ball. Rodrigo Cidro was a little too slow when Romário Souto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-4. Rodrigo Cidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorginho Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Rodrigo Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Romário Souto made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Cidro. La Cosa Nostra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. In the 83rd minute Lino Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Cidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Rodrigo Cidro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romário Souto in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the game, João Magalhães recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodrigo Cidro. João Magalhães showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Carmelo Iraido kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Bruno Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Se7e's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Cidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The La Cosa Nostra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Se7e were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
