Corozo Nevares came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Hispania's Cresitobalo De Silva. But to his dismay, Cresitobalo De Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Victoriano Fortuño hit a great ball. Corozo Nevares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Erosa in the 13th minute of the match. Cristian Guinda kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Victoriano Fortuño notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hispania's Tobiasr Sainz. Tobiasr Sainz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Astillero del Guayas's Victoriano Fortuño in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Corozo Nevares came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hispania's Rigoberto Erosa. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Erosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With an all-out effort, Hispania's Corozo Nevares threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rigoberto Erosa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Rigoberto Erosa sped through Astillero del Guayas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Corozo Nevares. Hispania's Tobiasr Sainz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Hispania from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Hispania defense, Victoriano Fortuño kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobiasr Sainz. The Hispania fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobiasr Sainz should have stopped the shot. Cristian Guinda hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Gayo got free with Tobiasr Sainz in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Gayo scored 3-3 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tobiasr Sainz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rigoberto Erosa scored 4-3 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corozo Nevares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Cresitobalo De Silva came free, but Corozo Nevares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Xantalen Sella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corozo Nevares came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Hispania's Cresitobalo De Silva. But to his dismay, Cresitobalo De Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Erosa in the 85th minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Corozo Nevares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Ximun Zapater had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corozo Nevares. Astillero del Guayas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ximun Zapater was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. Rigoberto Erosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Corozo Nevares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hispania's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
