Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wincent Majtyka took the kick off in the first half of the match. Astillero del Guayas's Corozo Nevares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Astillero del Guayas from getting a goal against them. Wincent Majtyka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Corozo Nevares made a huge save. 11 minutes into the game, Astillero del Guayas's Victoriano Fortuño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wincent Zbydniowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Astillero del Guayas's Zarbonin Aenlle got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Wincent Zbydniowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Gayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes Husaria Tarnów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xantalen Sella who took care of the corner kick. Astillero del Guayas's Xantalen Sella was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wincent Zbydniowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marcelino Sisquella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wincent Zbydniowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Gayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Fortuño kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Astillero del Guayas's Corozo Nevares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Budzynski in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Astillero del Guayas's Corozo Nevares got control of the ball when Wlodzimierz Bartochowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Husaria Tarnów's Wladyslaw Zuraw was substituted for Witalis Grabski. In the 46th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zarbonin Aenlle to maneuver through the defense. Corozo Nevares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wincent Majtyka in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Astillero del Guayas's zone, Remigiusz Budzynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corozo Nevares came out of the goal and Remigiusz Budzynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Guinda kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Wladyslaw Zuraw's late challenge caught a Astillero del Guayas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wladyslaw Zuraw helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Wladyslaw Zuraw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Astillero del Guayas's Xantalen Sella tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bogumil Juchno took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corozo Nevares. Corozo Nevares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Victoriano Fortuño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Zbydniowski having to interfere. Victoriano Fortuño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Bogumil Juchno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corozo Nevares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Wlodzimierz Bartochowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Husaria Tarnów booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zarbonin Aenlle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Gayo scored 1-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wincent Zbydniowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victoriano Fortuño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wincent Zbydniowski having to make a save. Although Husaria Tarnów had been in control for most of the match, Astillero del Guayas still came away with the win.
