Tobiasr Sainz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herald Dujardin in the 29th minute of the match. Olavarria FC's Harold Reynders got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martín Villar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam de Reyck having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Herald Dujardin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobiasr Sainz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 41 played minutes Hispania got a freekick which was hit by Ximun Zapater.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martín Villar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martín Villar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Noel Moerman fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 80 played minutes Olavarria FC got a freekick which was hit by Bert Vercruysse. Herald Dujardin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martín Villar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Olavarria FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hispania.
