Matías Viña went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 21st match minute, Diamante Negro DK - VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Cardozo in the 23rd minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Kajetan Kossakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Pisarcik. 39 minutes into the game, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Raúl Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kajetan Kossakowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 43rd minute, Hamílton Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wlodzimierz Siwy made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Newcastle United's Zygmunt Pisarcik got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Raúl Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raúl Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Hamílton Cardozo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kajetan Kossakowski, 0-3. In the 61st minute, Hamílton Cardozo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Kajetan Kossakowski came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Raúl Dias. But to his dismay, Raúl Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. J.J Haagenstjerne's late challenge caught a Newcastle United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. J.J Haagenstjerne helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Diamante Negro DK - VV getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. J.J Haagenstjerne hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Viana. In the 75th minute, Zbigniew Kalinowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Lesiecki kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Dias in the 91st minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Kajetan Kossakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Matías Viña took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Kajetan Kossakowski to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Diamante Negro DK - VV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Newcastle United.
