In the 21st minute, Ivón Batuecas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Dantae was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some careless play in the Sitges FC defense, Tore-Andre Flø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Fernandez. The Sitges FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Fernandez should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the game, Silvano Aceves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sitges FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.U.E. DE COMERCIO the free kick.
