The crowd rose to their feet as Braulio Olo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robbin Panhuyse. That made the score 1-2 in the 11 minute of play. Thomas Tael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Tael, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Fox Hunting Squad booed when BAIRES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Dominic didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Aaron De Wit got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes, BAIRES's Cipriano Mergildo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robbin Panhuyse came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BAIRES reached it. Marcelino Bastian's late challenge caught a Fox Hunting Squad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Bastian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45thth minute of the game Jorg Vrijdags who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BAIRES's Leo Gaskon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The BAIRES players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fox Hunting Squad were winning 1-3.

In the 52nd minute, Thomas Tael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, BAIRES's Leo Gaskon got control of the ball when Thomas Tael tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, BAIRES's Marcelino Bastian got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes BAIRES got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Bastian. In the 69th minute, Marcelino Bastian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Aaron De Wit in the 70th minute really tested Leo Gaskon's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 71st minute, Diego Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantino Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Marcelino Bastian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fox Hunting Squad's Jorg Vrijdags got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Sebbe Goossens took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Leo Gaskon to make any attempt to save it. Robbrecht Emeleers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Leo Gaskon made a huge save. When Alberto Dominic came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the BAIRES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Dominic couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the game, Sebbe Goossens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fox Hunting Squad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAIRES the free kick. Sebbe Goossens kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fox Hunting Squad eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
