Fabian Bartelak made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ant Sabancı sent off a good shot on target. Roland Sala kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fabian Bartelak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ant Sabancı, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Izydor Jaroszewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Izydor Jaroszewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Marajda in the 12th minute of play forced istanbulls's goalkeeper Hüsrev Can to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Battal Cüneyt Zahir managed to get in a good position for a shot. istanbulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Cüneyt Zahir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Bartelak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ant Sabancı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Battal Cüneyt Zahir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Bartelak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 31 minutes, Mieszko Jaraczewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Tęcza and the istanbulls players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, KS Tęcza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Jaraczewski to maneuver through the defense. Hüsmen Soyurgal struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Fabian Bartelak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for istanbulls. When Boruc Brak fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Tęcza's protests and gave Boruc Brak a yellow card for diving instead. 46 minutes into the match, KS Tęcza's goalkeeper Fabian Bartelak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Battal Cüneyt Zahir. KS Tęcza were furious when Lucjan Kasprzak was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ant Sabancı to make the kick off. Battal Cüneyt Zahir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ziemowit Hajto during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hüsrev Can stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Marajda's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Battal Cüneyt Zahir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, KS Tęcza's goal looked a bit too open when Ant Sabancı came free, but Fabian Bartelak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Cüneyt Zahir in the 71st minute of play forced KS Tęcza's goalkeeper Fabian Bartelak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hüsrev Can, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Przemyslaw Mochowak might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hüsrev Can. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Przemyslaw Mochowak ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Marajda spun around in front of the goal 83 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of istanbulls's goal. Hüsmen Soyurgal hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. istanbulls's Hüsrev Can proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save istanbulls from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Ant Sabancı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izydor Jaroszewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KS Tęcza's zone, Ziya Serkut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bartelak came out of the goal and Ziya Serkut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. istanbulls had won after a very even match.
