Minotauro's Rafael Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Fidele in the 46th minute of play. The Minotauro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Sportivo Quilmes were winning 0-3.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Guerra to make the kick off.
