An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavetti Valkealahti in the 4th minute of play forced Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goalkeeper Hadi Akdurmuş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Reima Ruuttu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Hadi Akdurmuş. Hadi Akdurmuş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saul Väänänen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şentürk Güdü went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Manchester United FC's Taavetti Valkealahti got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manchester United FC's Saul Väänänen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Ali Ekici in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezen Yeğiner to maneuver through the defense. Reima Ruuttu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Hadi Akdurmuş 44 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Taavetti Valkealahti made a precise shot to the right of Hadi Akdurmuş. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

If Taavetti Valkealahti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Utku Üçok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Saul Väänänen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Manchester United FC's Reima Ruuttu in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Utku Üçok got free with Saul Väänänen in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 84 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Taavetti Valkealahti. 88 minutes into the game, Manchester United FC's Taavetti Valkealahti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hadi Akdurmuş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. The audience was convinced that Taavetti Valkealahti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hadi Akdurmuş was relentless in the 91st minute of the game.
