Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raik Sauer made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raik Sauer in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Sarracino saved La Scaloneta from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, Guillermo Iago notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tiger's Hartmut Weidenhammer. Hartmut Weidenhammer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 21 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Raik Sauer. In the 23rd minute, Igor Anton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When La Scaloneta's Guillermo Iago in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Sarracino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Garefrekes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Freddy Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hartmut Weidenhammer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Iago, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Iago to make the kick off. Edmund Trox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiger's David Garefrekes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Freddy Sarracino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 68th minute Fulko Schwaderer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes, Justo Aguirre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Scaloneta and the Tiger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Raik Sauer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over La Scaloneta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tiger throughout the match.
