In the 6th match minute, Pichuleitors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Estevan Cabanillas to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Carlinhos Baiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remicio Puccio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Andrade got free with Remicio Puccio in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Clube Atl. Taquaritinga booed when Pichuleitors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salbatore Piedra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Osvaldo Gorostizaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Taquaritinga were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
