An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo de Azevedo in the 7th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Ove Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Vassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfredo de Azevedo went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. SSC Ambrosini's Ove Vassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save SSC Ambrosini from getting a goal against them. After 18 minutes, Ingvar Sillén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SSC Ambrosini and the MAZER SAF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ingvar Sillén kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, MAZER SAF's Manfredo de Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Vassenius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Ingvar Sillén got a free kick in the 28th minute. Valdo Sampaio took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Vassenius. In the 45th minute, MAZER SAF's Héctor Hernández ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ove Vassenius. Ove Vassenius yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Richard Söderlund hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, MAZER SAF's Manfredo de Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Vassenius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 59th match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Erik Hjelm to maneuver through the defense. Mathias Favoretto struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ove Vassenius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAZER SAF. MAZER SAF made a substitution. Enéas Ceresso replaced Paulo Renato Gonçalves. Enéas Ceresso took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Vassenius. Ove Vassenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After some careless play in the SSC Ambrosini defense, Héctor Hernández kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ove Vassenius. The SSC Ambrosini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ove Vassenius should have stopped the shot. Héctor Hernández scored 9-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ove Vassenius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ove Vassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Carneiro in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Carneiro in the 86th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Ove Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Doriva Carneiro notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of SSC Ambrosini's Ove Vassenius. Ove Vassenius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ove Vassenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Doriva Carneiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ove Vassenius. SSC Ambrosini's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doriva Carneiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. There was no doubt that MAZER SAF were the better team. MAZER SAF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
