In the 21st minute, Luis Ekhi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilo Alcala kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Samuel Egun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Samuel Egun made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Quintan Ontavilla sent off a good shot on target. If Tomás Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 minutes of play, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Chumo Edeon made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Egun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuel Egun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintan Ontavilla in the 42nd minute of play. Eduardo Lezarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Cresconio in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Domeka made a kick off. A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Felipe Sotelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Samuel Egun. Los Delfines's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luis Ekhi was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Delfines's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Roque Senio got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-1. 79 minutes into the match. Roque Senio hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, Deportivo Popolizio FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Alcala to maneuver through the defense.
