Vicente Poz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Timos Raftis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Poz having to make a save. Manos Taganikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vassilis Nikolaidis during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Vassilis Nikolaidis got a free kick in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Manos Taganikas put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vicente Poz. Vicente Poz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manos Taganikas in the 21st minute of the match. When Saronida FC's Valentinos Semeloglou in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 31 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasios Zotalis. In the 36th minute of the match, Nemesio Fliz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lazaros Theofilakos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to AcinetobacterFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nemesio Fliz hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Saronida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Psaridis to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Saronida FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nemesio Fliz to strike the kick off in the second half. Vicente Poz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stavros Pourliotopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 52 minute of play. In the 56th minute Manos Taganikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Poz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AcinetobacterFC's Nemesio Fliz got a free kick in the 57th minute. Vicente Poz made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Valentinos Semeloglou sent off a good shot on target. When Stavros Pourliotopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Saronida FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stavros Pourliotopoulos couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Nemesio Fliz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lazaros Theofilakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Valentinos Semeloglou succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 68th playminute. Vicente Poz made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Timos Raftis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manos Taganikas in the 75th minute of play forced AcinetobacterFC's goalkeeper Vicente Poz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes AcinetobacterFC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Bazil. In the 79th minute of the game, Stavros Pourliotopoulos landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 79 minutes, Jairo Ibar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AcinetobacterFC and the Saronida FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Ibar hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentinos Semeloglou. The supporters of Saronida FC booed when AcinetobacterFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Vela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Espiridion was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in AcinetobacterFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Manos Taganikas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Vicente Poz made a huge save. Vicente Poz made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Valentinos Semeloglou sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Saronida FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AcinetobacterFC throughout the match.
