The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baudelio Valls during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baudelio Valls kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Filippo Punta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Fuertehijar in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes Carloforte f.c.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bonifaco Villalcazar who took care of the corner kick. The corner led C.S.D Punta Ballena's Bonifaco Villalcazar to fire away a dangerous shot which Filippo Punta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When C.S.D Punta Ballena's Isaias Fuertehijar in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carloforte f.c.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Leo Busvidad got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Di Croce came free, but Josu Garoña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Onofre Masas got a free kick in the 15th minute. Isaias Fuertehijar took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filippo Punta. Filippo Punta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Ferdinando Carosella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Carloforte f.c.'s Dino Di Nucci got a free kick in the 27th minute. Isaias Fuertehijar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Punta having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Onofre Masas got a free kick in the 30th minute. Filippo Punta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Fuertehijar's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Filippo Punta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Fuertehijar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Filippo Punta came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.D Punta Ballena's Isaias Fuertehijar. But to his dismay, Isaias Fuertehijar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ferdinando Carosella made the kick off in the second half. Filippo Punta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Fuertehijar's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Fuertehijar got free with Filippo Punta in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bonifaco Villalcazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Trasgallo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Trasgallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Trasgallo to maneuver through the defense. C.S.D Punta Ballena made a substitution. Erubiel Solana replaced Teo Trasgallo. Teo Trasgallo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Dino Di Nucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Isaias Fuertehijar sped through Carloforte f.c.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filippo Punta. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Larra Briz was substituted for Leo Busvidad. Filippo Punta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaias Fuertehijar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 66 minute of play. Filippo Punta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Fuertehijar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Dave Ottaviani hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Isaias Fuertehijar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Filippo Punta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Carloforte f.c.'s zone, Jusepe Arcelay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Punta came out of the goal and Jusepe Arcelay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Filippo Punta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Fuertehijar. In the 83rd minute, Andrea Capasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S.D Punta Ballena were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Carloforte f.c.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bonifaco Villalcazar took the corner. In the 89th minute, Bonifaco Villalcazar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filippo Punta, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Carlos Casares in the 91st minute of play forced Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Filippo Punta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Isaias Fuertehijar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carloforte f.c.'s Filippo Punta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jusepe Arcelay in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Federico Fabrizi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S.D Punta Ballena played a much better game than Carloforte f.c. and deserved their victory. The Carloforte f.c. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
