Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronaldinho Carneiro started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Matanza and Steelers defense, Jens Oschwald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matías Quirino. The Matanza and Steelers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matías Quirino should have stopped the shot. Jens Oschwald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Matías Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Yannis Perathoner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cameron Bragger made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Genílson Lucas sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 28 minutes, Ronaldinho Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matanza and Steelers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldinho Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Dan Rüdy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zelg FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matanza and Steelers the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Dan Rüdy got a free kick in the 29th minute. Matanza and Steelers's Matías Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Witzig in the 32nd minute of play. Yannis Perathoner scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matías Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cameron Bragger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Indiana Jones in the 43rd minute. Ronaldinho Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Genílson Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Indiana Jones scored 1-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cameron Bragger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matanza and Steelers's Matías Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yannis Perathoner in the 64th minute of play. If Enrico Vogt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cameron Bragger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genílson Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Carneiro in the 74th minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Cameron Bragger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Jens Oschwald notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Matanza and Steelers's Matías Quirino. Matías Quirino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ronaldinho Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cameron Bragger having to interfere.
