Abelardo Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bas Huybreghts, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 16 played minutes Lyons got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Haitz. After 20 played minutes North Hill United got a freekick which was hit by Nic Van Turnhout. After a rather tough play, North Hill United's Patrik Sabbe got a free kick in the 21st minute. Abelardo Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bas Huybreghts, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Joannes Vischkens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When North Hill United's Bas Huybreghts in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Octave Cempenaers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Saul Montez made the kick off in the second half. Bas Huybreghts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Rainerio having to interfere. The supporters of Lyons booed when North Hill United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Lambert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyons's Clodoveo Llanos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for North Hill United. In the 71st match minute, Lyons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Maule to maneuver through the defense. 1-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Bas Huybreghts elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. North Hill United's Octave Cempenaers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Llanos in the 76th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Llanos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octave Cempenaers. North Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Llanos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. North Hill United's Octave Cempenaers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montez in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, North Hill United's Jordi Celis got a free kick in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Saul Montez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octave Cempenaers. North Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Montez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Lyons's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
