Milton Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Lissens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milton Diaz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by North Hill United's Leo Lissens. But to his dismay, Leo Lissens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hermes Pinilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Lissens in the 17th minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Milton Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Milton Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Lissens in the 20th minute of play. Octave Cempenaers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio De Leon in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Bill Baert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milton Diaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 29thth minute of the game Leo Lissens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Milton Diaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Leo Lissens managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Hill United's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Lissens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milton Diaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio De Leon in the 38th minute of play forced North Hill United's goalkeeper Octave Cempenaers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Leo Lissens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milton Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play North Hill United's Christopher Soens was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Christopher Soens hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Leo Lissens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Hill United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ the free kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Brandao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s zone, Leo Lissens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milton Diaz came out of the goal and Leo Lissens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octave Cempenaers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio De Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, Leo Lissens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Milton Diaz. Leo Lissens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Joannes Vischkens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Lissens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milton Diaz having to interfere. Carl Dheedene kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With 87 minutes on the clock, Jeff Nelleboedske commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of North Hill United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄:s goal. The referee gave ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ a penalty, 88 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Heraclides Moreno, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of North Hill United's Octave Cempenaers. 1-3.
