The referee showed Boruc Brzonkala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frederic Kuster kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Kampus in the 13th minute of play forced Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Bogumil Podwojski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Frederic Kuster left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wil 1900 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Aleksander Adamowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th match minute, Chopina Wejherowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lech Wieloch to maneuver through the defense. Boruc Brzonkala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Schneider having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Chopina Wejherowo got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Nakoneczny. Frederic Kuster's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Bogumil Podwojski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Dominik Podwojski fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chopina Wejherowo's protests and gave Dominik Podwojski a yellow card for diving instead. Dominik Podwojski kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, David Krause recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bogumil Podwojski. David Krause showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederic Kuster in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Podwojski saved Chopina Wejherowo from getting behind. Julio Medina kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Stefan Turak made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Chopina Wejherowo defense, Frederic Kuster kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogumil Podwojski. The Chopina Wejherowo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogumil Podwojski should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Kampus in the 59th minute of play forced Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Bogumil Podwojski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Aleksander Adamowicz in the 65th minute really tested Carlos Schneider's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Umberto Romano took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bogumil Podwojski. Bogumil Podwojski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 72nd minute, Zbyszek Karanewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Frederic Kuster ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogumil Podwojski was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. When Zenon Zyskowski fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chopina Wejherowo's protests and gave Zenon Zyskowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Zenon Zyskowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Chopina Wejherowo's Zbyszek Wos got a free kick in the 89th minute. Bogumil Podwojski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frederic Kuster went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After 94 minutes, Frederic Kuster made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chopina Wejherowo's Bogumil Podwojski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the FC Wil 1900 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
