Flying Dutch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig Lindqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The The Northmen Army fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when The Northmen Army's Stig Lindqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pål Mjølner got free with Jonas de Queirós in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Jonas de Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig Lindqvist. After 58 minutes of play, The Northmen Army's Kent Sandström made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
