An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Tan in the 9th minute of play forced C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goalkeeper Francisco Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Nereo Eneas got a free kick in the 11th minute. Mark Hock made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Agustin Caton sent off a good shot on target. Francisco Gutierrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Tan in the 15th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Hidayat Hock came free, but Francisco Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Gutierrez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Ignacio Lauaxeta notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Albirex Niigata FC's Mark Hock. Mark Hock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Albirex Niigata FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Alexander Tan hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Lauaxeta got free with Mark Hock in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Tan came free, but Francisco Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Cleto Lon got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albirex Niigata FC's Mark Hock proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Albirex Niigata FC from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the game, Alexander Tan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Francisco Gutierrez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hidayat Hock to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Tan came free, but Francisco Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Higinio Illart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Francisco Gutierrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hidayat Hock in the 54th minute of play. Peron y Belgrano's goalkeeper Francisco Gutierrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Tan. Hidayat Hock hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Caton in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mark Hock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute Afriz Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Tan in the 70th minute of play forced C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goalkeeper Francisco Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Albirex Niigata FC's goalkeeper Mark Hock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Albirex Niigata FC's Zak Yang got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Afriz Hian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. Mark Hock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Alexander Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Gutierrez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Delmiro Inge got a free kick in the 84th minute. Francisco Gutierrez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Tan in the 85th minute. After 88 played minutes C. S. Peron y Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Beturian. Alexander Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Francisco Gutierrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4-3 became the score in the 92nd minute when Agustin Caton elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
