After 7 played minutes Florestal Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Silvério Velloso. With an all-out effort, Florestal Futebol Clube's Rai Villalcazar threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luís Paulo Brasil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Sagrario Diez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronaldo Sabóia was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. FC CHIVA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gildo Mandrak 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. When Silvério Velloso fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Florestal Futebol Clube's protests and gave Silvério Velloso a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Mandrak came free, but Rai Villalcazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes, Durval Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florestal Futebol Clube and the FC CHIVA players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Gildo Mandrak sped through FC CHIVA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rai Villalcazar. 36 minutes into the game, Carlos Solera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC CHIVA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Florestal Futebol Clube the free kick. In the 36th minute, Carlos Solera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Rai Villalcazar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gildo Mandrak. Rai Villalcazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildo Mandrak in the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Vuelta to strike the kick off in the second half. Florestal Futebol Clube's Rafinha Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Vuelta kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Luís Paulo Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Rai Villalcazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute of the match Florestal Futebol Clube got a corner. FC CHIVA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Clemente Barral ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, FC CHIVA's Sagrario Diez got a free kick in the 71st minute. Rai Villalcazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Rafinha Leão scored 4-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rai Villalcazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rai Villalcazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC CHIVA's Rai Villalcazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gildo Mandrak in the 91st minute of play. Florestal Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
