When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Federico Insúa sped through FC CHIVA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rai Villalcazar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Clementi in the 13th minute of play forced FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Rai Villalcazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC CHIVA's Sagrario Diez got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo got control of the ball when Sagrario Diez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Carlos Solera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC CHIVA's Rai Villalcazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Clementi in the 23rd minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Urbano Nuñez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quitilipi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC CHIVA the free kick. A collision led to Quitilipi getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Urbano Nuñez hit a great ball. After 38 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Iratxo. Jonatan Berdaitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rai Villalcazar. FC CHIVA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Insúa came free, but Rai Villalcazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Carlos Solera kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Quitilipi's Robustiano Clementi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rai Villalcazar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Federico Insúa scored 0-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rai Villalcazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quitilipi's Federico Insúa got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Insúa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Rai Villalcazar made a huge save. Federico Insúa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sagrario Diez charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sagrario Diez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zeledon Ceandro made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rigoberto Clemencin however managed to control. FC CHIVA's Franco Noya suffered a sore thigh after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. FC CHIVA's Enzo Grau was substituted for Franco Noya. Zeledon Ceandro hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the match was over Quitilipi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC CHIVA throughout the match.
