Daniel Chuan came out of the goal and Agustin Caton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 4 played minutes Albirex Niigata FC got a freekick which was hit by Bakar Hsi. Daniel Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Perez in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Agustin Caton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wei Xuan Chandran struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Francisco Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albirex Niigata FC. Daniel Chuan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Caton's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Albirex Niigata FC's Daniel Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Caton in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's goalkeeper Francisco Gutierrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Ramachandran. Agustin Caton kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 90thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Albirex Niigata FC's keeper Daniel Chuan was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged.
