The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Grabski in the 5th minute of play forced IFK Hedemora's goalkeeper Elliot Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Jens-Ove Björkkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Gongolewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens-Ove Björkkvist hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, IFK Hedemora's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Pluciennik came free, but Elliot Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, IFK Hedemora's Inge Glad made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Gongolewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iwan Gongolewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Björkkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Kaj Kjellberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Gustaw Skorny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husaria F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaw Skorny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Sven-Åke Gudmundsson put in a rough tackle. In the 24th minute, one of IFK Hedemora:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Hedemora. 30 minutes into the match, IFK Hedemora's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Pluciennik came free, but Elliot Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Skorny let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 33rd minute shot 2-1 at rihgt post. Elliot Berglund made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gustaw Skorny sent off a good shot on target. After 39 played minutes IFK Hedemora got a freekick which was hit by Johan Stensson. After a rather tough play, IFK Hedemora's Kaj Kjellberg got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Elliot Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Pluciennik in the 43rd minute of the match. Iwan Gongolewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Jens-Ove Björkkvist hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the game, Jonas Zachrisson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Hedemora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Husaria F.C the free kick. A collision led to IFK Hedemora getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jonas Zachrisson hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Gustaw Skorny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elliot Berglund was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 58 minutes into the match, Jurand Grabski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elliot Berglund. IFK Hedemora's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jurand Grabski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The IFK Hedemora fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when IFK Hedemora's Uno Erserman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 67 minutes, Johan Stensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Hedemora and the Husaria F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, IFK Hedemora's Johan Stensson got a free kick in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Stig-Ove Josefsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Husaria F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uno Erserman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Husaria F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
