The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giorgos Maragozis during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Fast layne Fc booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Maragozis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kerkyra FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Valentinos Kanellakis hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Giorgos Maragozis could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Richard Cosme however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 11 minutes, Giorgos Maragozis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kerkyra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgos Maragozis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute João Pedro dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Giannakidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Kyriakos Lavdas. 18 minutes into the game, João Pedro dos Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dimitris Giannakidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Marinos Katsiaros took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Richard Cosme to make any attempt to save it. Richard Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giotis Kalokerinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Cosme came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Kerkyra FC's Giorgos Maragozis. But to his dismay, Giorgos Maragozis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 32nd minute, Giotis Kalokerinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Dias in the 33rd minute of play forced Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Giannakidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Cosme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giorgos Maragozis in the 35th minute. When Marinos Katsiaros came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Kerkyra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marinos Katsiaros couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Fast layne Fc getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gilson Godoi hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Fast layne Fc got a freekick which was hit by Remo Koehler. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Pedro dos Santos made a kick off. When Giorgos Maragozis came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Kerkyra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giorgos Maragozis couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Marinos Katsiaros made a precise shot to the right of Richard Cosme. Fast layne Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Kyriakos Lavdas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Cosme having to interfere. A collision led to Kerkyra FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Vassilis Katsourinis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Kerkyra FC's Vassilis Katsourinis got a free kick in the 71st minute. The long shot by Donato Leme in the 72nd minute really tested Dimitris Giannakidis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Kyriakos Lavdas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fast layne Fc booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyriakos Lavdas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Donato Leme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dimitris Giannakidis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Thodoris Liouras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marinos Katsiaros hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fast layne Fc's Donato Leme tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro dos Santos in the 89th minute of play forced Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Giannakidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Marinos Katsiaros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Cosme was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Dimitris Giannakidis made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Amílton Dias sent off a good shot on target.
