Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jef Vanden Bussche started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Wayne Sterks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jef Vanden Bussche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geetsvondel²'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jef Vanden Bussche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrão Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geetsvondel² were furious when Jonathan Goossens was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Jonathan Goossens kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Tibaut Temmerman came free, but Pedrão Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Stephan Bouman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Batista came free, but Jannick Decorte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Geetsvondel² got a freekick which was hit by Joseph De Langhe. After some careless play in the Geetsvondel² defense, Murillo Bittencourt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jannick Decorte. The Geetsvondel² fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jannick Decorte should have stopped the shot. Jannick Decorte came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Abutres 2003 FDP's Bernardo Teixeira. But to his dismay, Bernardo Teixeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Pedrão Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stephan Bouman in the 38th minute of play. Abutres 2003 FDP's Bernardo Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jannick Decorte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Pirani in the 47th minute of play. A collision led to Geetsvondel² getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Joseph De Langhe hit a great ball. Murillo Bittencourt's late challenge caught a Geetsvondel²'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murillo Bittencourt helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murillo Bittencourt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Geetsvondel²'s Jannick Decorte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Geetsvondel² from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Geetsvondel²'s Anthony Van Leemput got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jannick Decorte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Geetsvondel² booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Abutres 2003 FDP getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Vinícius Valle hit a great ball. Jannick Decorte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Pirani in the 70th minute of the match. Jannick Decorte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murillo Bittencourt in the 71st minute. When Adalberto Mandrak fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abutres 2003 FDP's protests and gave Adalberto Mandrak a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Abutres 2003 FDP got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Mandrak. 77 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Gijselinckx came free, but Pedrão Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tibaut Temmerman struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Pedrão Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geetsvondel². In the 84th minute of the match, Bernardo Teixeira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jannick Decorte saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 85th match minute, Abutres 2003 FDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Pirani to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldão Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Abutres 2003 FDP booed when Geetsvondel² was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibaut Temmerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannick Decorte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Teixeira in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute Stephan Bouman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrão Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Abutres 2003 FDP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
