Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernando Osoitz started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Los Gallos's Fernando Osoitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Paulista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Paulo Renato Dracena hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute of the match Valentin Neron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Paulista showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fernando Osoitz scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celso Paulista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15 played minutes Vista Alegre FC got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Cearense. Gilberto Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Fernando Osoitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Paulista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Osoitz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Celso Paulista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Vista Alegre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Cearense to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes, Los Gallos's Valentin Neron shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celso Paulista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Gallos reached it. 25 minutes into the game, Los Gallos's Valentin Neron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Paulista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Uriel Rik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Neron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Celso Paulista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Osoitz came free, but Celso Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Fernando Osoitz made a precise shot to the right of Celso Paulista. Vista Alegre FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dráuzio de Alcântara during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vista Alegre FC's Dráuzio de Alcântara got a free kick in the 47th minute. Fernando Osoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hortêncio Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Niva in the 56th minute of play forced Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Celso Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vista Alegre FC's Celso Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Osoitz in the 59th minute of play. After some careless play in the Vista Alegre FC defense, Fernando Osoitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Paulista. The Vista Alegre FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Paulista should have stopped the shot. Los Gallos's Valentin Neron shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Celso Paulista but with some difficulty. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Danilo Ireno hit a great ball. Danilo Ireno hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Celso Paulista made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Fernando Osoitz sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Celso Paulista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Osoitz scored 0-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celso Paulista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vista Alegre FC's Celso Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Niva in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvador Aballe in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Paulista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celso Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Osoitz in the 96th minute of play. Gilberto Mazza got his second yellow card in the match during the 97th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Vista Alegre FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball.
