Filiberto Iratzeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özgür Göktürk in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute of the game Ramon Corderun made a throw-in which Uriel Rik played forward. 8 minutes into the game, Korkut Sekib was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Gallos the free kick. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korkut Sekib didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Fernando Osoitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Recep Talha Uçhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Primitivo Chago kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Korkut Sekib was shown his second yellow card after 16 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Korkut Sekib hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's zone, Valentin Neron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Recep Talha Uçhan came out of the goal and Valentin Neron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Osoitz took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Recep Talha Uçhan. Recep Talha Uçhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Recep Talha Uçhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Rik, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Rik came free, but Recep Talha Uçhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Zülfikar Özkurt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Iratzeder. Los Gallos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zülfikar Özkurt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 30th minute, Basilio Aureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Zülfikar Özkurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Zülfikar Özkurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Iratzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 40 minutes, Salvador Aballe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Gallos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Aballe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Recep Talha Uçhan came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Gallos's Fernando Osoitz. But to his dismay, Fernando Osoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The supporters of ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ booed when Los Gallos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Aureo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The throw-in from Ramon Corderun in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Mahir Buyrukalp. In the 57th minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Mahir Buyrukalp seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mahir Buyrukalp the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mahir Buyrukalp had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Mahir Buyrukalp got a free kick in the 58th minute. Recep Talha Uçhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Corderun in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Osoitz in the 61st minute of play forced ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Recep Talha Uçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurettin Çağakan to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Neron took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Recep Talha Uçhan. With a left leg Recep Talha Uçhan saved ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Göktürk in the 81st minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Filiberto Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Valentin Neron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Gallos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Neron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Chago came free, but Recep Talha Uçhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Fernando Osoitz made a precise shot to the right of Recep Talha Uçhan. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Gallos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
