Huey Acuña charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Godofredo Quilino charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Quilino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, River Plate ® 9-12's Luis Gutierrez got control of the ball when Jerry Maguire tried to sneak it across the goal line. River Plate ® 9-12's Luis Gutierrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save River Plate ® 9-12 from getting a goal against them. Luis Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Albrecht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Santana made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Paulo Pezzella sent off a good shot on target. Jonas Dominguez came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leonel Santana could save by the left post. In the 58th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ursino Cabero to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to River Plate ® 9-12 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rodolfo Raitin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Albrecht in the 69th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Luis Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after River Plate ® 9-12's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jerry Maguire took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Faustino Barasarte drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper. Rodolfo Raitin hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Zorros del Desierto's Nino Maravilha got a free kick in the 75th minute. Paulo Pezzella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Leonel Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yeray Sierralta hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match.
