Atabek Akkoyun started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nejat Akbilge to maneuver through the defense. Tolunay Doğanay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duardo Bolantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes, Ümit Vefai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 and the Borussia Dortmund players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ümit Vefai hit a great ball. Nevada Maderos made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Atabek Akkoyun sent off a good shot on target. Flor Orbaneja hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Nevada Maderos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atabek Akkoyun in the 23rd minute. Tolunay Doğanay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estebano Reganado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Estebano Reganado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Dortmund fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 38th minute, Estebano Reganado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vacib Selahaddin kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Kuddusî Köker's late challenge caught a Borussia Dortmund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kuddusî Köker helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Borussia Dortmund were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duardo Bolantin made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goalkeeper Tolunay Doğanay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duardo Bolantin. Tolunay Doğanay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duardo Bolantin in the 65th minute of play. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Tolunay Doğanay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estebano Reganado in the 73rd minute of play. Artizar Vede charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artizar Vede the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artizar Vede hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flor Orbaneja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atabek Akkoyun, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Vacib Selahaddin hit a great ball. Borussia Dortmund's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
