Donato Prestes started the match with the kick off. Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Murilo Paiva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Murilo Paiva was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Lauren Van Den Abeele capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lauren Van Den Abeele really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 9th minute, Steffe Van De Wijngaert made a precise shot to the right of Murilo Paiva. Curiphila Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 11th match minute, Curiphila Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Mattos to maneuver through the defense. Bart-Jan Maenhout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The Circus BAF fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Circus BAF's Steffe Van De Wijngaert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Circus BAF's Steffe Van De Wijngaert. But to his dismay, Steffe Van De Wijngaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Tadeu do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Geoffry Suetens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Murilo Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dieguinho Lira hit a great ball. Murilo Paiva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Steven De Clercq. Lauren Van Den Abeele's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murilo Paiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. With a little luck, Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva got control of the ball when Lauren Van Den Abeele tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Lauren Van Den Abeele cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Murilo Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kiko Mattos struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Bart-Jan Maenhout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curiphila Eagles. The Circus BAF fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Circus BAF's Steffe Van De Wijngaert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd minute, Steffe Van De Wijngaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murilo Paiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauren Van Den Abeele in the 73rd minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Murilo Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Curiphila Eagles booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy De Meesemaeckere didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Reinaldo Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes, Circus BAF's Rudy De Meesemaeckere shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Murilo Paiva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Circus BAF reached it. Donato Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Circus BAF booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
