Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fokas Kontopanos to make the kick off. Aldas Saulis hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Makis Katelis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kipras Narutavičius. Saulius Barsys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Makis Katelis having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, Geležinis Vilkas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinaras Kalasauskas to maneuver through the defense. Dinaras Kalasauskas's late challenge caught a BLACK PANTHER F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dinaras Kalasauskas helped the player get up and apologised. Dinaras Kalasauskas hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. BLACK PANTHER F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
